Leo: You must get a lot of emails and phone calls and other communication — how do you keep from being overwhelmed? Steve : One thing that helped me a lot was creating several email reply templates. This works well and saves me a lot of time because the vast majority of my incoming email falls into a handful of patterns such as feedback, advice questions, business offers, etc.
