Could 'George' potentially be George Macy? Does anyone know if Macy had any connections to Philadelphia?

Octavo 19 x 24 cm. Weight gr. Wrappers, 80 pp. Issued in limited print run of numbered and signed by an artist copies. Current copy is unsigned and unnumbered, presumably subscription-based publication was not bought out. The book is in Very Good condition, without any visible defects, losses, remarks and stains. Hard possessory cover of the time is well preserved with only minor wear on the corners; internally some occasional foxing spots, fingerprints at the lower outer corner of almost each page. The "Songs of Bilitis" is a collection of erotic, essentially lesbian, poetry by Frenchman Pierre Louys published in Paris in In a small selection of only 16 pieces from the collection were translated into Latvian by Janis Sudrabkalns.
The selection was published as an art edition with exquisite graphics by Sigisnunds Vidbergs. Strictly limited edition of only copies, some of the copies were numbered and signed by artist.
